The ultimate marketing is paramount, strong offer negotiation is also crucial as well as preparing the legal contract pack papers in advance. We also have changed from when the transaction is legally binding. A UK sale can take three to four months and either side can pull out on a whim at any time. We have removed that doubt and as soon as an offer is agreed both sides can sign a binding reservation agreement and commit, stopping either side from pulling out on a whim at any time.
